I went out to visit the Enclave at Aloma by Ryland Homes yesterday. I must say, I was impressed by the designs and floor plans. I especially loved the front entrance. All the plans had some type of covered porch. The HOA fees are approximately $85 monthly. Gated Community. Prices go up this weekend. Call if you or anyone you know is interested in purchasing.
